A Little History:
Back in 1948, long before anyone had ever seen a velocity stack. It was Frank Baron that tried out the concept on his legendary 4×2 intakes. He took the car out to Bonneville. People had never seen such a weird carburetor topper. They called it a Splatoon top. But Frank knew that his design was sound and would help the air enter the carburetor more effectively.
